The 100 sqm version has a spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen and a small, glazed bay window, a bedroom and children's room, a bathroom and a practical utility room. The bungalow is directly connected to the garage via this. In the 130 sqm version, a second children's room and an additional children's bathroom, both of which can be reached via a separate hallway, were planned in exchange for the original garage. This means that the children can retreat to their own area whenever they want. This version of the Ravel bungalow is completed by the even larger, light-flooded bay window, an exclusive entrance portal and the easy option of building a large family terrace. As you can see: there is hardly anything left to be desired here. The 150 sqm version is characterized by generosity and plenty of space for the whole family.
